Emerald Green Turf, LLC ("EMG Turf", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to reach us with questions.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect the name, phone, email, city, project size, and project description you provide. When you call or text (661) 733-7009, your phone carrier may share standard call metadata. We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (Umami) that records aggregate page views without third-party cookies or personal identifiers.
How we use it
We use submitted information solely to respond to your quote request, schedule a site visit, deliver the project, and follow up after install. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We do not run retargeting ads against your information.
Financing partners
If you click through to apply for financing, you'll leave our site and provide information directly to Hearth Technologies. EMG Turf does not receive credit information; we only receive notification that you've been approved for a project.
Data retention
We retain quote records for as long as required to service the project plus the warranty period (typically 10–15 years). You may request deletion of your record at any time by emailing emgturf@gmail.com.
Your choices
You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time. We honor all such requests within 30 days. We will never share information with marketing partners.
